Downtown Jacksonville’s skyline is now adorned with a new landmark as Home2 Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Downtown proudly opens its doors in the vibrant Brooklyn neighborhood. This marks the inaugural venture into the hospitality sector for Corner Lot with industry veteran, Kelco Management & Development, Inc., representing a significant milestone for both the company and the community.

Strategically located on Park St. next to I-95, the Home2 Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Downtown, part of Hilton’s (NYSE: HLT) All Suites portfolio, is poised to become a beacon of comfort and convenience for travelers seeking a distinctive experience.

Owned by Kelco CL Park, LLC (a partnership between Corner Lot and Kelco Management & Development, Inc.) and managed by Kelco Management & Development, Inc., Home2 Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Downtown offers all-suite accommodations, including spacious studio and one-bedroom suites designed with a streamlined approach to storage and stylish innovations, including a “working wall,” which incorporates a full kitchen and a flexible working/media space.

Each suite features modular furniture, providing guests the flexibility to customize their space to their style and preference. The hotel also features complimentary daily breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and multifunctional community space and amenities such as a 24-hour enhanced fitness center with Peloton cycle and Hydrow rowing machines, a self-service laundry room, and Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items.
