Born out of Corner Lot’s participation in the city’s ongoing Quality of Life Initiative, Avion helps address Jacksonville’s attainable housing shortage. In May 2023, the Jacksonville City Council unanimously approved a development agreement with Corner Lot to designate 30% of Avion’s 320 apartment homes as workforce housing.
