Corner Lot and DLP Capital recently closed on a deal and created a partnership that will bring a 702-home subdivision to Northwest Duval County. Currently known as the Darby project, the single-family residential development will be located west of the Old Kings Road and Plummer Road intersection, in close proximity to Interstate 295, Downton Jacksonville, and the Jacksonville International Airport.

We’re developing the right project, at the right time, in the right location.”
Corner Lot will oversee horizontal development on the project while pursing partnerships with national homebuilders to construct a community Jacksonville residents will be proud to call home. Breeze Homes is a confirmed client, with other homebuilders expected to be announced in the fourth quarter of 2022. The project is scheduled to break ground this summer with an anticipated completion date in Winter 2025.
While Corner Lot and DLP have previously conducted business together, the Darby project marks the first time the two entities have entered into a partnership to bring a development forward.
