Urban mixed-use development includes new construction and preservation of the historic 1929 Jones Brothers building in Downtown Jacksonville. The building will include 103 apartments, two retail storefronts, and a parking garage. In addition, the development will feature co-work office spaces, a fitness facility, tranquility rooms, and a terrace overlooking Downtown Jacksonville. As a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD), Jones on Hogan residents will have convenient access to Downtown Jacksonville, the JTA Skyway, restaurants, and entertainment opportunities. In addition, the building is located on Jacksonville’s Emerald Trail, which connects the urban core to 14 historic neighborhoods, parks, and green spaces.
