Commercial development in northwest St. Johns County near Durbin Park features inclusive and stand-alone buildings for seven tenants, including Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, DEP Nails and Spa, and Sadhana Eyebrow Threading. Additional components included a new Goodwill storefront, Tire Outlet, Circle K, and a My Neighborhood Storage Center. Development was completed and sold in Winter 2022.
